Founded by John Shamshoian in 1991, Realty Concepts is a real estate brokerage with offices in Fresno, Clovis, and Oakhurst.  Over the years, Realty Concepts has expanded to serve the Central Valley successfully, while maintaining our integrity and close-knit family atmosphere. Our agents are local experts, with deep ties in their communities and a dedication to meeting each of their clients’ needs.

About Jeff Zimmerman

Jeff was born and raised in the Central Valley and grew up on a farm spending time after school driving a tractor and irrigating. He graduated from Dinuba High School where he played football and basketball. After high school, he attended Fresno Pacific University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. Jeff bought his first home in 2009, first rental home in 2012 and his first apartment building in 2014. What began as a simple "good investment idea", soon turned to a love for real estate. Jeff specializes in buying and selling apartments as well as family homes. He absolutely loves helping people find the right property that helps them meet their goals. There are a lot of details to think of when making a good investment in real estate, and Jeff is here to help you with every step along the way. He would be honored to be your REALTOR® and to provide you with sound advice, professional service and a simplistic transaction. In his free time you will probably find Jeff at a Fresno State Bulldogs game! He loves to snowboard, wakeboard, spend time at the coast and hang out with his kids and wife.
